While doing the change of document status error shows” an error occurred while creating the original attribute for”

Hi All,

i am facing the error while doing the change of documents status.

error message is "an error occurred while creating the original attribute for”.

i have execute the report DMS_KPRO_READ.

find the LOIO, PHIO file ID.

and again execute the report DMS_KPRO_CHECK1.

try to find out the file ID to delete the inconsistency.

but file ID does not exist in this report.

so please refer me any other program to correct this error if any.

I have already checked the link and do as described in that link, I got the File ID with report DMS_KPRO_READ and same file does not exist in Report DMS_KPRO_CHECK1, please provide different solution as its not working, I have to resolve this issue urgently

Hi Arminder,

Did you run DMS_KPRO_CHECK1 with the content repository and checking option Checking KPRO-DMS with RFC Destination SAPHTTPA ?

Also did you search the Document number in the output results ?

Thanks for your reply, but I have already checked with same, I already tried this solution but file id for that document does not exist in report DMS_KPRO_CHECK1 to delete.
