Hello All,

We are performing SPS upgrade of SOLMAN 7.1 to SP 14 using SUM 1.0.

We are facing an error that SUM tool crashes and SOLMAN also goes down with it.

Below is the log from hs_err_pid21758026.log

Stack address 0x000000011062bff8 points to 0x00000000c0addf91 (old generation) using compressed oop 0xc0addf91.

    At 0x00000000c0addef8 is an object of class java.lang.Object[]

For the issue suggest you to follow SAP KBA 1563816 - AIX: Signal 33

& 581319 - Signal 33 on AIX

is your operating system is AIX?

Also attach the screen shot of the error in SUM.

Hello, Ashutosh,

yes our OS is AIX.

And as SUM crashes i m not able to take the screenshot.
But below is the log from SAPup.log

Hi Ankit,

Have you set the ulimit in your system.

As per the guide , set the ulimit parameter for the user sidadm profile.
