Hello friends,

I am new to the SDN and functional consultancy in SD. I work in Bombay and have no experience in ABAP.

Can some one send me the functional specs for preparation of the Delivery note, Order confimation and Invoice using the SAP Standard Forms viz.RVAD ...kind

I am only wanting to change the Logo and address. Rest all would be the same.

Await help from you at the earliest.

Hi Grushat,

Basically it will be prepared for all New Enhancements that comes in the project.

it consists of the Project Details and the person how prepared in the front page.

As a functional consultant we have to understand the requirement from the client and based on that we have to prepare this functional Spec. Later Functional Consultant will forward the same to the Technical Team to add their comments called Technical Spec, in which the Abapers will give the Technicality of the Requirement in the same and finally it will be sent to Client for Approval.

do you know the fuctional definitions or the basic ideas of delivery note,, Order confimation and Invoice ?

and which logo would you like to change?

Dear Anil,

My customer has pre printed stationery for the order confirmation, delivery and invoice. I want the information from the SAP standard form to flow into these pre printed layout. Most of the information is available in the standard invoice form that is available in the system which shows the IDES logo.

So for this kind of scenario I want to know as to how the specs to be written to give them to the abaper. What all information I need to include in my document..How the format should be there?
