CHARM Status in SolMan 7.2 SP1

Hi Experts,

we installed the Solution Manager 7.2 and configurated them. Now I Have a Issue.

A urgend change is closed. Now I want to close the change request. But It's not possible its in the Status in implementation.

There is also in no Action to close the change request.

How can I fix it in customizing.
