Automatic packing from incoming idoc

Hello,

we have SHPCON idoc coming into SAP. The idoc is having Handling unit number and the packaging material number in its segment. The idoc is posted ok and the HU and the packaging material is updated in packing tab in outbound delivery. But the  finished material is not packed automatically.

The idoc has PIC qualifier and is of type DELVRY07(SHPCON message type)

We want system to do automatic packing of finished material once the idoc is posted ? What to do ?

Hello Meenu,

For the same delivery, when you try to do auto packing via packing screen in the tCode VL02n, then do you get any error message?

I'm asking you to do this to ensure that there are no missing customizations.
