Need to maintain User group for specific Path ID.

Hello everyone

I want to maintain maintain user group only for a specific path in MSMP.

Can some one share any information related to this.?

For Example, I want user_vendor to be assigned to users who raise requests through Vendor_access path ID.

Dear Ganesh,

you can route requests to vendor_access path thru the help of the process initiator rule. User group can be assigned with user defaults that also work with a BRF+ rule based on the path the request has taken.

could you give me some detailed explanation on this or any supporting documents which I can refer.

Also we have many paths being implemented in access request and only if I select Vendor_access path ,user group ned to be maintained.If I maintain this user group in user defualts,how can I restrict that to be assinged only for Vendor_access path?

Dear Ganesh,

First you need to create BRF+ rule for user group

Create Process initiator rule

then assign path to rule on normal way of MSMP workflow,
