Hi,

I am calling APO BAPI "BAPI_RSSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI_30A" from PI. When I test it from SE37, it works fine, however when it is called from PI it gives below error :

Application log (ext. no. 3WDLTW7R7JMVTGUDOLVV6W) for obj. APO_BAPI and sub-obj. RES_APS has been logged

Please Help!.

Ritu

Hi Ritu,

First of all check in application log what it is complaining about, go to SLG1 transaction code in ERP and check the log like below.

And check the data you are sending to ERP from PI and when you test in SE37 is same or not.

Praveen.

Hi Ritu,

The following things might help you-

1. Go to channel monitoring and ping the RFC channel? check if it can connect to backend.

2. check if the user in RFC channel as RFC user privileges-  ( this should not be the case in your error)

SAP RFC User Privileges - SAP Central Process Scheduling by Redwood - SAP Library

3. If the above works fine just reimpoort the bapi in ESR and refresh the mapping and reactivate mapping and reimport the mapping in ICO and reactivate ico and try test again.

Hello Ritu,

Did you import the RFC in the PI and did mapping?

Check if your channel is running and connections are fine in sm59.

If everything looks fine stop/start the channel and check
