Use of CITRIX XenMobile in an SAP Environment.

Hello,

Does anyone have any experience or know of anybody using XenMobile as the MDM / MAM / Enterprise App Store for an SAP environment?

I am working on a client who has an installation of XenMobile performing simple MDM and MAM functionality and we are investigating if this can be extended to integrate with SAP Mobile Platform / Gateway to provide support for Fiori launchpad etc.

We are looking for the deployed apps to support single sign on, and therefore the ability of the MDM to deploy not only profiles but also user authentication certificates in the payload to the mobile devices. One potential issue we have heard is that XenMobile deployed certificates cannot be accessed by SMP developed apps.

This isn't something tested nor officially supported.  Any certificate used would need to be from a trusted CA and installed properly.  SMP would need to root CA certificate and any required intermediate certificates.  Self signed or untrusted certificates wouldn't work.  I've seen other third party MDM solutions used with varying results.  A lot depends on the third party MDM solution though.
