Dear experts!

Please check if you can help me with this issue? We've created a service for the transaction S_AHR_61016401, where we can see trips informations.

Navigating through the transaction, we`re getting the following error:

    We've patched the kernel and we're now at the 7.42 - 315.

Do you guys have any other suggestion or point to check before get the latest patch?

Regards,

Hi Luciano,

Could you please share the exact steps to reproduce the issue using S_AHR_61016401?

What is the GUI Configuration you have set to the service?

Have you a specific reason to use patch level 315?

If you can tell me the exact steps, then I can try to test the scenario using pl 326, that was released yesterday.

Kind regards,

Cris

Hi, Cris.

After we execute the report it's just clicking at the trip number, It should display a pop up with all the options about that trip.

After we click on the trip number, the pop up doesn't appear and the error starts to be displayed.

We've patched the kernel, due other problems regarding the sessions termination.

Regards,

Forgot the GUI configuration...

Hi Luciano,

Please remove/comment the following parameters from the GUI Configuration:

~record 1

~singletransaction 1

~disconnectonclose 1

~noheaderokcode 1

~generatewebdynpro 1 (This parameter actually doesn't exist)

~popups 1

~webtransactiontype EWT

Then test the scenario again.

Thanks,

Cris
