I have couple of information.
I know the storage mode.(from three output type communication method)
using the table nach i input storage medium.
the the sap retrieved set of entries ,
it has a field condition record number.
so using the condition record number how can i know which document(sales delivery billing) the condition record no is linked?
vikram,
Based on your question, looks like you are beginning with Output determination. Read the theory and do R&D in SAP, find table names by executing VK33 etc. and VF03 etc.
so using the condition record number how can i know which document(sales delivery billing) the condition record no is linked?
There is no link. There are two sets of data - master data and transaction data. From condition record number, which is part of master data, you cannot trace transaction data, which are orders, deliveries and billing documents.
The more you get into the theory and practice, the clearer and easier it will become.

Purpose please.....?
If you have the condition records from the condition table, you will be able to find the appropriate matching documents by matching the keys of the table, correct? Why do you want to depend only on the condition record number?
Thanks.

Hi,
You need to check in NAST Table with the creation date.
KAPPL : Pass "V1" for Sales Document
Pass " V2 " for Delivery Document
Pass " V3 " for Invoice
The number appearing in the Object key is the corresponding document number.
For Master Data check the Access sequence for the output condition type and its table number.
eg: If table number is " 6" then check Table B006 in SE16.
