Warehouse Req . - Source and target data

Hi ,

System is not determining source and target data for WR .

I am not able to create WT .

Below settings are done

1. WPT is created

2.WPT is determined for Doc Type and Item Type

3.Specified Stock Removal Rule

4.Specified Storage Type Search Sequence

5.Defined Stock Removal Control Indicator

6.Determined Storage Type Search Sequence for Stock Removal

Still system is not determining source and destination data in WR.

Not able to create WT.

Guys would appreciate your support .

Hi Sunil,

Can you paste the message log here?

1. destination bin ( standard is GI-ZONE ) can be determined by the WPT.

2. source can be determined by the stock removal strategies.

As per you query , you are not getting any source 'or' determination ,so you can  check the

configuration  of your EWM warehouse in following path,to get the some clue...

Hi,

Do the bin sorting and try to create WT.

If still you are getting the error, check the configuration again and ensure the 'Optimization of Access Strategies for Stor. Type Determination in Stck Rmvl'

path is,

I checked , Proc. Type field is flagged .

Do I have to flag other fields .

Hi Sunil,

If you are not using the process type , then check the stock removal control indicator.

in this table, we can manage the combinations also

sequence  1. Removal ID

                2. Removal ID + process type

I tried by using both option still getting same error msg.

No clue where I am missing out any settings.

hi,

as sequence 1, you can keep removal id and try.If still you are getting the error check the configuration and product master also..either the removal id is correct 'or' not.

I hope , you have maintained activity ' pick' against the AA , from where you are trying to pick ( bins )

Did you execute the bin sorting after optimizing the search sequence?
