Reference lost tile

hi everybody, I recently installaed S/4HANA 1511 on premise edition and installed UIAPFI70 addon for implement bank account management app

But when I launch fiori launchpad I see tiles in this way, what am I missing? Thanks in advance

I am trying to configure 'Incoming Sales Orders' web dynpro application, but getting the same 'Reference Lost' error in Business Catalogs.
I checked for the mentioned notes but it says cannot be implemented despite the relevant software component.

Software Component

SP01 UIS4HOP1

Did you follow the manual steps? 

They worked for me and i am on a different version.

I just downloaded the note in SNOTE transaction and it says cannot be implemented.

try the following:

• Call transaction /UI2/APPDESC_GET on the frontend server
• In the catalog ID field, enter SAP_*_BC_*. This will select all technical catalogs and their comprised apps.
• Choose Execute.

It says Extraction Finished for 0 catalogs and 0 apps.
