How delete messages from Database which are more than 1 month old

Hi Experts,

We are using PI 7.4 single stack and i want to delete messages which are older than 1 month.

I have configured "Message Retention" in NWA Administration. and background jobs also configured to archive and delete messages.

But it went wrong can any body help..

What have you tried and what were your results from the suggestions from Ramkumar and Raghuraman?  If you are not on a PI 7.4 system like the original poster, please create your own Discussion and provide your system architecture and release/versions.

can you provide more details on the errors..verify the Persist duration in XI Service.. refer the thread.
