Asking permission to access file while doing mass load in background

I am using an ABAP program to mass load Documents in SAP . After loading m using Method cl_gui_frontend_services-file_copy and File_Delete to move files from one folder to another . My problem is when I execute the program for every new file pop up appears to ask permission to access the file . I want everything to happen in background . What should be done?

1. do you authorization of the file?

2.you can use "remember" check box.when it popsup.
