According table GRACUSERCONN I do not understand your query. There are all users included, not only user type A. You only have to check the content.

yes, all the users included but all the users showing as Dialog A.

for example Service/system users also showing as a Dialog, that means User type is not updating.

We have also upgraded to 10.1 SP11, but in our table all user types are visible.

Maybe you should run the User Synch again in full sync mode.

Today we faced the issue with the user sync in foreground. Nevertheless the background sync worked properly.

After implementing this note everything was fine.

2238088 - AC10.1: Repository Sync for Users does not work in foreground

Just an idea.  😉

You have to read it yourself.

As per latest SP , new parameter is included 5023,

can u please check this parameter, may be this affect table GRACUSERCONN
