Fiori launchpad showing error "Unable to resolve the server's DNS address"

Dear Team,

when we try to launch certain app from fiori launchpad,it opens on new tab with error message "Unable to resolve the server's DNS address."

Help me to resolve this ,

Hi,

my guess is that this app is a WebDynpro app and tries to open it through the backend server and not the gateway server. Try using the F12 key in your browser to find the URL it tries to open.
