For put away strategy FIXED BIN and Block Storage type any particular logic Behind that filed Add .to stock as mandotarey.

if you are selecting fixed bin strategy then operationally you always want to store the material in the same bin or your expectation from system will be that  system should  always propose the same bin again and again and you want to store the incoming stock in the same bin hence addition to existing stock is mandatory

Hi RSK,

For Fixed Bin strategy , the material will be stored in a fixed bin, so addition to stock is mandatory.

For Bulk Storage strategy(Block storage strategy does not exist)  addition to existing stock must be allowed, because system will search for the existing stock first.
