User Settings Context Menu is not appearing

I am not able to see user settings context menu, when i right click on input field.

Hi,

I think the parameter WDDISABLEUSERPERSONALIZATION is set to X . Just check the value or else append WDDISABLEUSERPERSONALIZATION= ' ' in URL & check.

Hi Katrice,

the value of WDDISABLEUSERPERSONALIZATION= ' ' is set through wd_global_setting.

my issue is 'User settings' coming, but not the context menu of User settings.

I attached screen shot as well
