GRC 10.1: User details not populating in access request form

Hi Experts,

We are implementing GRC 10.1 HR Trigger .I have maintained User Detail and User Search data sources as ECC HR system and data type as HR.

Also ran Repository and Authorization sync for the connectors but the User details are not populating in GRC access request form.

Please suggest if there any other settings and how can this issue be fixed.

Hi All ,

We are now able to fetch the user details in access request form through User ID but we are facing an odd situation wherein the User could not be searched through First Name or Last Name respectively in the access request from and no data found for the user.

Please suggest we are using Hr Trigger and user data sources is maintained as HR ECC system.

Hello Shivani,

In SPRO maintain parameter 5001 (SLG1 Log Level for HR Triggers) as HIGH, then you can check the corresponding logs in SLG1 for warnings and errors regarding HR trigger request creation.

I have maintained Data Souces as ECC HR Connector and data type as HR as follows:

User Detail Data Sources as ECC HR Connector and data type as HR

User Search Data Sources as ECC HR Connector and data type as HR

User Authentication Data Sources  ECC HR Connector and data type as HR

End User Verifictaion as YES

But in the access request form User can be searched through User ID not through First and Last Name..Please suggest...
