hello all,

i had created one user without any permissions.. then i had gone to pfcg transaction.. i had assigned sm37 and st01 t-codes and i generated it...

then i loged on with newly created user and i accessed sm37 t-code at the same time i switched on the system trace st01..

i got in trace display objects text

s_btch_adm btcadmin=y

s_admi_fcd s_admi_fcd=stor

NOTE:::

then i loged on to pfcg and the i modified the user by clicking authourzation

s_btch_adm i had given Y.

s_btch_job in that i had taken out the tick simble also..

but still i am not able to de activate the deleate sm37 jobs ....

any one kindly give me how to do

Hi Satish

As per ur message, i think u want the SM37 jobs not to be deleted by other user.

For that first of all Remove full authorization (Give specific action like SPOR, SPAR) in S_ADMI_FCD object from all users from which u want to restrict the delete action. Also, remove the 'DELE' action from authorization object S_BTCH_JOB. Authorization object S_SPO_ACT also should not have the authorization field value 'DELE'.
