Hi Expert

When I am applying pi_basis patches that time gives error

OCS package SAPKIPYJ61 does not match the current software component vector

SAPKIPYJ61

PI_BASIS,2005_1_640 Non-permitted release of add-on PI_BASIS installed

Hello,

The OCS package SAPKIPYJ61 requires PI_BASIS 2005_1_640. Do you have this installed on your system? You can check this in system -> status -> component info button.

Hello,

There're 2 kinds of packages: SAINT Packages and Support packages. For SAINT pacakges, they're the installation of a component, whicle support package are the patches for the component.

Which packge were you installing when you go the error:

'PI_BASIS,2005_1_640 Non-permitted release of add-on PI_BASIS installed'?

Can you please provide the name? I assume it's a SAINT pacakges. The package SAPKIPYJ61 is a support package.
