problme in the production order confermation

hi every body

there are some users in our system that can confirm in co11n according blow screenshot:

but when I want to confirm in co11n this error coming after push the save button. actually second screenshot dose not  appear.

can anybody help me ?

hi

me and users of the sorts line use the same system. all of the setting in the cl02 and ct04 are same.

just for sort users that screenshot appear but for another user dose not come.

In SU3 for you and your use check the Decimal Notation

Also check the setting of Pieces per case Characteristics setting.

yesterday I changed the Decimal Notation and check the co11n . but I didn't log off and log in again.

today I check it again(after turn on the system and log in to sap) . the problem is solved .

I check the Decimal Notation. it was same

pay attention to this : I have a sap all authorization but sorters are End user in system. in my system when I log in by their users , I don't have problem but when I log in by my user or another users that they have sap all authorization ,that problem is appear and we can't enter the batch detail shown in upper screenshot in previous post.

Anyhow, are you using the same confirmation profile as the 'sorts line users'?

Confirmation profile can be influenced by user parameter CORUPROF.

Also share screen shot of Pieces per case Characteristics from CT04?

I feel template which contains points or commas is used for a characteristic with data type CHAR

In CO11N check the message details it may give you template name check the config of that template and also check all Characteristics where this template is used.

Also refer SAP note  832958 - Error C4 002 occurs without reason

Hello,

Go to CL02 Check class ETTLE_PF_M2 here you will get all the Characteristic assigned to this calss.

Then go to CT04 check Characteristic for data type and Template.

Template may be without decimal places

SPR0-- Cross-Application Components --- Classification System-- Characteristics -- Characteristics

---Define Template Characters check the Template.
