Upgrade of SAP_GWFND750001 -> locked against OCS package import

I'm trying to upgrade Componente

SAP_GWFND  [+]

SAP NW GATEWAY FOUNDATION 7.50

• SAPK-75002INSAPGWFND / K-75002INSAPGWFND.SAR

in a S4 HANA on Premise system (with NW for S4 HANA on Premise))

and already got this version:

SAP_GWFND

SAP NW GATEWAY FOUNDATION 7.50

ABAP

However  SUM (SUM10SP16_2-20006543) tells me

2 ETQ373 parameter "EV_MESSAGE" = "Component SAP_GWFND is locked against OCS package imports"

Going into SPAM looking at the queue it also tells me

"Component SAP_GWFND is locked against OCS package imports" - Checking the help button also reveals "System admin (user D025011) has locked component SAP_GWFND against OCS Package imports." A user with this name does not exist.

There are no tranpsorts unreleased which might lock objects.

I have exactly the same issue on another application server with just Netweaver 7.5 (without S/4)

So my question are:

Why is it locked?

How to unlock it?

Is it locked by SAP? (liked it happend back with the with EA_HR in Note (1895406)

Anyone else had this Problem?

Any Input is highly appreciated

Hi Christian,

please apply SPAM level 60.

If this was already done, then run report RSSPAM15.

I just had the same issue as Christian and ran the report RSSPAM15 that Boris mention and it fixed my issue and removed the lock.  I was already on SPAM 60 prior to running the SP if that helps any.
