MDG-M : Blank Description issue

Dear MDG Flocks,

we are using MDG-M 7.0 and  facing issue with blank row at Material description UI. where we are creating new material a black row is getting created at Material Description UI.

Is this standard error, any note ?

Issue is not default of rows but an default non editable row has been created .

Is any note available for this ? Refer attachment.

Do you have any custom coding anywhere that may be influencing this line.

For instance in our implementation we have code to change field behavior making one of the lines read only both in the Feeder Class (CL_MDG_BS_MAT_FEEDER_LIST) and in the BADI for access to customer-dependent field property settings (MDGIMG->General Settings->Process Modelling->Change Requests->Business Add-Ins)

If not I'd suggest looking at any relevant notes in the SAP Knowledge Database. ( 2150823 may be of use though it's not exactly what you're looking for)

Just a hint. Please try to check if any append initial line code is present in your active BADI implementaiton for Cross Entity BADI USMD_RULE_SERVICE_CROSS_ET

Try checking your feeder class parameters.

MDGIMG ->General Settings -> UI Modelling -> Manage UI configurations

Select the UI you are using. Open up the descriptions UIBB.

Click on 'Feeder Class Parameters'

There is a parameter there called 'Number of Default Rows'

Ours is set to 3 - so 3 empty rows are present on the descriptions UIBB when a CR is opened. Is this what you mean?
