Hi,
I've installed the newest version of SAP Fiori Client (1.6.3 as of today) on an iPad 2 from the app store. When I tried to delete the cache of Fiori Client via the settings diaglog, I noticed that nothing was happening. After I switched the application log to "debug" the following entry showed up in the log:
[FIORI_CLIENT] Cache manager plugin is not available for clearBrowserCache
Besides, Fiori Client doesn't seem to detect when updates were made to the UI5-Apps in Fiori Launchpad and clear it's cache automatically, as mentioned here or here.
So my question is basically: How do I make the Fiori Client on iOS update it's cache when new or updated apps are deployed on the Fiori Launchpad?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Christian
Hi Christian,
I have the same issue. Since I downloaded the newest version of Fiori Client (1.6.3) I am not able to clear the cache anymore. My current workaround is to clear all settings (which is not very nice and requires more effort).
Appreciate any support,
Michael
