BI Launchpad not display value which I use Time Hierarchy as a Dimension

Hello, Expert

When I save lumira document to SAP BI Platform and I open it in BI Launch Pad.

I find some problem with chart that I use Time Hierarchy as a Dimension.

When I preview in compose room it display correctly, but when I save to BI Platform it displays as below

It would be grateful if you could give me for solution to solve this issue.

Excuse me,

Now I upgrade versions of BI Platform to 4.1 SP04, My Lumira Desktop version is 1.29 and SAP Lumira Server for BI Platform version is 1.29 too.

But, when I use time hierarchy as a dimension then publish to BI Launchpad it still display no data.

Nattapong - I read from Ashutosh's statement "beyond SP04" means after SP04 - perhaps he can clarify?

1.29 is supported for BI 4.1 SP04 including. 'Beyond' was wrong choice of word, I stand corrected .

Hey Nattapong,

when you are save the lum doc to BI platform, can you open in the visualization room and see it is working or not.

and also check in BI under visualization room check the time hierarchy dimensioned is highlighted the same as from desktop.

What is your data source? BEx/BW, Excel or?

Have you installed the Lumira add-on for the BI Platform?  Which version of Lumira are you using?  Which version of the BI Platform are you using?

I have installed Lumira add-on for BI Platform, but I'm not sure its version

and the version of BI Platform is 4.1 SP3

I am using Lumira version 1.29.3

Lumira 1.29 is supported beyond BI 4.1 SP04 onwards.
