Inbound delivery - 109 Mvt. Type

Hello Experts,

How to create Inbound delivery in ecc and replicate same to ewm for 109 movement type .

Step 1. First we will do 107 ( Goods receipt to valuated blocked stock) against PO  using  MIGO

Step 2.Then 109 ( Goods receipt from valuated blocked stock) so here we expect system to create ID .

How to achieve this ?

Step 1: Maintain the reference movement type -distribution

SPRO->Logistics Execution->Warehouse Management->Interfaces->Inventory Management->Define Movement Types->Assign WM Movement Type References to IM Movement Types

Reference Movement type should be 109 in stead of 999 with IM mov type 109.

Step 2: Please check the below Confirmation control  key or  create new with delivery type ELST.

Delivery Type ELST is standard

Define delivery type

Check confirmation category LA (Inbound Delivery) in Customizing for Materials Management, under Purchasing Confirmations Define Internal Confirmation Categories .

The Delivery Type Inbound Delivery Stock in Transit field must contain an inbound delivery type for the process with stock in transit (for example ELST (Inbound Delivery Receiving Valuated Stock in Transit). This delivery type must use an item category (for example ELST) that uses movement type 109 (Goods Receipt from Valuated Goods Receipt Blocked Stock) or another movement type with posting string reference 109. In addition, check the following:

• In Customizing for Logistics Execution, in the Customizing activity Define Item Category Determination in Deliveries, check the item category that is assigned to this delivery type.
• In Customizing for Logistics Execution, in the Customizing activity Define Item Categories to Deliveries, ensure that movement type 109 or a movement type with posting string reference 109 is assigned to this item category.

Standard delivery type- ELST

std Item Category-ELST ( inside check mov typ 109 )

Logistics Execution->Shipping->Deliveries->Define Delivery Types/Define Item Category Determination in Deliveries

Two approaches you may try:

- Try to post GR with movement type 109 from transaction MIGO entering plant/storage location relevant for EWM. This should automatically create inbound delivery.

- In customizing, create an delivery item type copying standard ELN, and replace the movement type with 107 instead of 107. Consider the related customizing entries, such as delivery item type determination and rules for copy. Then create the inbound delivery from transaction VL60 manually entering the delivery item type you have defined.
