Joint Tenancy in SAP REFX

Dear Gurus,

Has any one heard about joint tenancy in REFX. This is not a requirement, just curious to know how it will be handled in SAP.

Example, two tenants sharing the same accomodation and they want to share the rent equally between them or on an agreed percentage (40:60).

Hi Amar,

This can be achieved through Condition split functionality.

Activate Condition split functionality in Subfunction.

while creating Contract add both business partners in partners tab and in posting parameters u can add both the partners and assign the percentage which needs to be shared.

For more detials you can search the functionality of condition split.

Hi Jayanth,

I am able to see the split value in condition as desired, when I simulate the condition.

But while saving the contract I am getting below error message.

Any suggestion to get rid of this error.

No more than 001 partners can be assigned in role TR0600 at the same time

Amar,

Please check : Assignment of Role Categories to Real Estate Applications->Make Settings for Roles per Object Type.

Check the respective BP role against contract type wherein remove Car from 1 and make it blank.

This controls how many BP needs to be assigned for the respective contract type with ref to role.
