hi all,
recently T.N. GOVT HAS CHANGED TAX RATES FOR SCRAP MATERIALS AND NOT FOR ALL MATERIALS FROM 12.5% TO 4% THE CHANGED ONES.
BUT WE R WORKING IN 12.5% HOW TO CONFIG. FOR THE LIMITED MATERIALS.
IF I CONFIGURE ALSO HOW THE SYSTEM IS GOING TO IDENTIFY THE LIST OF MATERIALS THAT R IN 4%.
IN CONDITION RECORD THERE IS NO ANY COMBINATION OF
CUSTOMER,MATERIAL,REGIOU,PLANT ETC.........
TO CREATE A CONDITION RECORD.................
CAN U PEOPLE HELP ME..................................

Hi Balaji,
Create tax clasification and assign that to scrap material in MMR Sales org 1. Then u can maintain condition rec for that tax clasification. when u create sales order sys search tax value according to tax clasification assigned to the material.

1.Create New Contion types as per the Sap Notes given
Please Create New Tax Codes @ 12.5% and 4% in T.Code: FTXP for which it will ask Country and give Tax Code with 2 Characters. go inside and give the 12.5% and 4 % for the Particular Condition type. Please Tax FI/Co Consultants help in assinging the Chart of accounts to be assinged here.

Hello Balaji,
Create a material group for the one's that are 4%.
Maintain an Access in the pricing procedure with material group and create seperate condition records for them.
