Shopping cart stuck at I1111( Item in Transfer Process)

Hello Experts,

We are using SRM 7 version with multiple ECC systems in classic scenario.

No auto PO is generated in one of the ECC system into SRM and being stuck at status  I1111(  Item in Transfer Process).

Lets say:

Affected ECC = ECC1

working fine ECC = ECC2.

For ECC1 - > Auto PR is created successfully and no Auto PO

For ECC2 -> Auto PR and PO is created successfully.

Issue started occurring, after production refresh into ECC1 system.

It seems issue in ECC1 system since SRM is working for other ECCs.

Requesting you to help in letting know, if any configuration is missed.

are ECC releases are the same between ECC1 and ECC2?

Hello Laurent,

Both ECC are same releases.

Issue started occurring ECC1 after its production copy.

We could not trace, which settings were missed during production copy.

Hi Ramjee,

You are creating the shopping cart for material/service?

with the admin try reprocess the shopping cart which is not creating the PO and check the RZ20 for errors and generally for PR to PO creation will be done in ECC through MRP run or automatic conversion of PR to PO. Once PO created in ECC and that will be updated in the SRM.

Thanks for response.

We are creating Shopping cart for service .

There is no error in RZ20 and master data is fine.

Cycle - SC->PR->PO => Is working fine.

Cycle SC->PO (with out PR) => Is giving problem.

Lately it is observed that PO are being after 40 min on executing the FM - BBP_REQREQ_RESUBMIT .

Same issue observed when we run BAPI_PO_CREATE1 in ECC directly - taking 40 min approx.

Remaining all scenarios in this ECC system is working fine.

Please let me know, if you have any suggestions.
