SAP Predictive Analytics 2.4 on a Macbook with VMWare

I have a number of students having difficulty installing SAP Predictive Analytics 2.4 on a Macbook with VMWare. Any suggestions for getting it to work? Thanks!

By working, I mean the basics of launching VMWare and then starting SAP Predictive Analytics. Any trick to that?

Hi Arnold,

It should be totally possible to launch SAP Predictive Analytics from a MacBook via a VMWare. We have Apple aficionados in-house as well 😉

In fact you are connected to the VMWare, we can consider you are connected to a different machine, and you can install SAP Predictive Analytics there.

You just need to make sure that your VMWare & SAP Predictive Analytics releases are both compatible with the OS of choice.
