Pss Notification customization

Hi Experts,

We have configured PSS along with End User Logon.

We are getting a link in the Email.

We want to Auto generated password in place of link.

We are getting Actual email as below.

Hi %FIRST_NAME% %LAST_NAME% (%USERID%),

Your password(s) has been reset . Please find the details below :

For password Click on "link".

I believe,not sure about it but the standard document is applicable when we use password reset through NWBC .

Does GRAC_CUP_PSS_NOTIFY document class needs to be customized.

When I check the standard document SE61 we can see as below.(Expected email)

Hi %FIRST_NAME% %LAST_NAME% (%USERID%),

Your password(s) has been reset . Please find the details below :

%PSS%

Please advise where we can change the text.

Dear Suresh,

it seems that you have a custom notification set for PSS notification email. Therefore please go to SPRO > GRC > Access Control > Workflow for Access Control > Maintain Custom Notification Message and check message class 0AC_CUP_PSS_NOTIFY.

To deactivate the link and activate the password being sent in the email please go to SPRO > GRC > AC > User Provisioning > Maintain Provisioning Settings and deactivate the "Send Password" parameter (set to NO).
