Zero Consumption When Installation's Disconnected Period

Hello everybody,

I want to calculate zero consumption that installation's disconnected period during the billing. I did some customizing. I defined processing variants for disconnection documents as 'Billing Related'. I marked as 'Disconnection Period' in variant programmes. And also i marked as ' Disconnection Periods Not Valuated' in billing schema steps.

But still disconnection period calculated during the billing. Can someone explain me why it's not working ?

Hi Okan,

The settings you did for disconnection period will make or bring "Time portion" value as zero not the consumption value.

you can write Zvariant and explicitly make consumption equals to zero if billing period is falling in disconnection period.
