Unable to cancel confirmation with zero quantity and LDI

Hi All,

We are into Extended Classic scenario and having issue in cancelling confirmation.

If a confirmation is created with zero quantity and last delivery indicator marked and later while trying to cancel such confirmation, system is not allowing to do so and giving error as "Enter at least one item".

In ECC, we can cancel such GRs however SRM we cant. Please advice.

I have already checked suggested check but that doesn't help.

Our issue is specific to cancelling of confirmation created with zero quantity and Last Delivery indicator marked. You can test this scenario and check if encountered any issue.

what is your SRM release?

Look for OSS notes on the SAP Marketplace with search term "cancel confirmation with zero quantity": you will have SAP corrections.

We found the below relevant OSS note which has fixed the issue.

2181046 - Cancellation cannot be created with zero quantity and without Last delivery flag
