Get current (deployed) SAP-XI3RDPARTY SCA from Server

Dear all,

we'd like to update some already deployed MQ (JMS) drivers on our SAP PI 7.4 AEX (SP 12/13). We know how to perform that deployment with an "empty" SAP-XI3RDPARTY one could get from SWDC.

However, we also already deployed Axis drivers which reside in the same SCA. While it surely be possible to start from scratch for both JMS and Axis we'd love to see a way to get the already deployed SCA and just alter that. Alternatively, getting the single SDAs "com.sap.aii.adapter.lib" and "com.sap.aii.af.axisproviderlib" would also do the job for us.

Is there a way?

Many thanks and kind regards

Jens

Hello Jens,

You may also check the following KBA which details how you can use the automatic sda maker tool to create these sda files:

Hi Jens,

Getting the separate sda is the best way to achieve your requirement.

Download sda maker tool and uncheck require XI3rdPARTY sca. create sda file and deploy using nwds (deploy with any version).

1. while you create sda from the sda maker tool your provider.xml will also be auto updated with entries but still verify before deploying.

sap note - 1028961, at the end of note you will find download link too for sda maker.

I recently did this to deploy axis when jdbc was already in place.
