Expiration date for request approval

Hi Experts,

I have one question related with the approval time that a Manager has.

Is it possible to define a time period (days), that a the GRAC MANAGER has to approve a request? If he didn´t approve during the specific time frame, the request would route to a specific person.

Within the MSMP for the stage/path relating GRAC_MANAGER you can set the escalation and then route it to the area you want to
