Hi Santosh.

1. Are you started the SUM using SIDADM or administrator user id?

2. Refer the SAP KBA for the error message

2275405 - OSQL call failed for MSSUPGGETREL in PREP_INSTALL/SHDUNINST_DB_PREP

Hi Santosh,

you have to install SQL Native client on the server where your SAP application is running.

Also follow the sapnote as suggested by Sriram.

Hi Santosh,

After the installation of SQL Native Client on SAP Application server, you have to take a reboot of the server.

So follow the below steps

- Stop the SUM

- Stop the SAP system

- Reboot the server

- Start the SAP system

- Start the SUM tool again.
