Insert Mileage cost outside start end date of trip

Is it possible to insert one or more records with a date outside the trip segment?

I have a warning message in PR05 but I cannot save it.

Hello Roberto,

only via modification.

The logic is: that km/miles or all kind of per diems belongs alway to the trip duation (time).

Only receipts can have a date which is earlier or later than trip begin/end  (e.g. the petrol receipt

from sunday before you start your business trip with a car on moday)

So if you have a trip segment before starting the official trip- create a nee wtrip therefore.

That's my recommendation.
