IW51 service notification error.

Hi Experts,

When am going to raise service notification through IW51 for raising SAR to confirm the cos loss read getting an error "MPAN xxxxxxxx doesn't belong to BP.no.xxxxxxxx.

Kindly suggest what action need to be taken.

Hi Roni,

I think the error that you are getting is a custom error, and is specific to UK geography in IDE space.

I would recommend you to get it analysed by a SAP DM consultant.

It may happen that there are some issues in the flows for the particular MPAN.
