Hi,

During upgrade from NW 7.4 to NW 7.5 (S/4HANA 1503 to S/4HANA 1511) the SUM stops with the error:

SAPup broke during phase TOOLCHECKXML_INI in module PREP_INPUT_CHECK / Parameter input

Error Message: Internal error: Release '1.00' not found in the release list

The error is related with the HANA Client version.

I updated from 1.0 82 to 1.0 SQLDBC 1.00.102.05.1455873859 and the phase continued.

The only 1.00 I can see in this list is the hanaclient:release.

But in Note 1906576 - HANA client and server cross-version compatibility it says:

HANA client interfaces are backwards compatible and forward compatible as well:

older clients work with newer engines and vice versa.

Maybe HANA-Client-Update necessary? It is not stated in Notes, but UpgradeGuide on page 80 says so)
