Docx pptx documents not getting loaded in mass gos upload

I am using ABAP program to upload Documents in services of object in background , All my doc ,txt and ppt documents are getting loaded but docx pptx are not . What can be the problem ?

Check the configuration In "work station application".

if they maintain docx,pptx. other wise create a new one.

That problem is solved . But when I run the program , it loads the files in background but a pop up comes to ask permission to access the file . How can I stop that .

Check the SAP authorization object which is missing using SU53

Or do you loading from file server?if so check the permision of that folder.

Also Use user profile with respect to user ID / Roles, Then assign the roles to the specific user then system will not give you pop up it will automatically determine based profile.

Hi,

That file permission is poped up because of your GUI settings.

Make the below changes you will not get the permission pop up.
