Missing key predicate name for key: personIdExternal Error

Hi experts,

When attempting to perform an UPSERT into Employee Central using the Successfactors SAP PI adapter, I get a "missing key predicate name for key" error.

The SFSF receiver adapter is configured as follows:

The XML structure passed to the SFSF adapter is as follows:

Any help would be highly appreciative!

Has anyone been able to successfully create a PI implementation to UPSERT data into Employee Central using the SFSF adapter and OData message protocol?

I've been trying to get this to work for sometime and haven't had any success.  It shouldn't be this difficult...

I'm trying to upsert backgroundSections in EmployeeProfile and also have the same problem...

The payload generated by the ODATA Receiver is just not correct, which causes an error:

Missing key predicate Name for key: ''backgroundElementId''
