Allowing/not allowing of editing of posted trips

Hello,

is there a setting to decide whether a posted trip can be changed or not? I have a request to forbid the changes of the trips that were already posted. Is it possible to resolve this without authorizations?

Hi,

As Sigi mentioned via authorizations is quite easy - and you do not need to modify.

Note 2164524 lists a detailed overview on how to handle authorizations in travel management.

I know it only with authorizations. But I think this is very good and easy.

Check the documentation for this. If you need more details come back with specific question on it.
