Hello,

One of our users have the following error message: "Action not possible; status update is still in process" when he try to connect to SRM.

If he click on 'CLOSE' button of the error message, he is redirected to a display mode of a shopping card.

I checked OSS 1487517 but it's not relevant for us.

I also checked SM12 for any lock but nothing to notice there.

Finally I checked the table BBP_PDHGP with the GUID of the SC but field CHANGE_LOCK is empty...

Could you kindly help?

Hi Moez,

I hope you are aware of change versions.

Please check if there is any previous change version is still open.

There should be only one active version.

The status Closed should be 'X' for all the change versions.
