Hello,
One of our users have the following error message: "Action not possible; status update is still in process" when he try to connect to SRM.
If he click on 'CLOSE' button of the error message, he is redirected to a display mode of a shopping card.
I checked OSS 1487517 but it's not relevant for us.
I also checked SM12 for any lock but nothing to notice there.
Finally I checked the table BBP_PDHGP with the GUID of the SC but field CHANGE_LOCK is empty...
Could you kindly help?
