Fiori Launchpad throwing an error INTERNAL SERVER Eroor 500 (RSEC)

Hi Experts,

While Configuring an fiori launchpad its throwing an error . internal server error 500.

please check the attached document.

please help me to resolve the issue.

Hi Vikas,

I have already activated the services . the launchpad also working  through the

Login TO SAP GUI 

Client-100

Username-abc

Password -  abc

T-CODE -SICF- click on execute .

Path:/default_host/sap/opu/odata/ui2/interop

Test the service.

once services is working then only launchpad working.

http://abc.com:8080/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/Fiorilaunchpad.html?sap-client=100&sap-lan...

but normaly  when i wll execute launchpad url throwing the erorr.

500 internal server error.

Hi Sangamesh,

You need to set the right server name(hostname), as i see its a http connection which you are using, make sure http ports are also maintained. You can check the right port number at SMICM - GOTO - Services and see if there is http entry or not.

The service which you tested is on client 100 and the fiori launchpad is running on client 300.

Please make sure the right client is specified in the USHELL service (/default_host/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell) - Error Pages - Logon Errors - System Logon Configuration and specify the right client.

When i will go this path .i will test service

http:/aabc.com:8080/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/index.html?sap-client=300

File ui2/ushell/index.html NOT found!

Hi

What is the error on following url

"http://<hostname>:8080/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/Fiorilaunchpad.html?sap-client=300&sap-..."

Replace <hostname> with appropriate host name

Hi Sangmesh,

is this system copy of some old system or a fresh install.

please check the tcode SECSTORE and see if any errors are there.

Try running RS_TT_CLEANUP_SECSTORE function module from se37 to clean up sec store.

in gateway sicf put your service name and check  whether two entries are there under webui and sap!

or

Edit the Index.html by comparing  indext.html  from a working application!
