Implication if we deactivate Job repository automation

Dear Experts ,

I want to know what if I go ahead and stop the job automation in new S4 HANA.

I want to schedule the performance jobs and other re-org jobs which are by default not run by the automation job.

Just wanted to hear from you guys if there is any implication if I go ahead and stop the automation job else it stops the job which I schedule
