purchase order item quantity is not copied to delivery

Dear All,

                I have create a P.O with Quantity = 10 , but when this PO was used to Create a Delivery, PO Quantity not getting copied to Delivery automatically.

but when i entered quantity manually system taking it. which has to be restricted.

I dont know what mistake i made. is there any way our?

Hi Purna,

1)Are you using any Z Transaction codes to create the delivery. If yes, I recommend you to use the standard T.codes like VL10B,VL10D.

2)To restrict the quantity manually entered in the delivery. Go to the delivery document type for which you are using to create delivery. Change the "Item requirement Routine from 202 to 201".

To create delivery, using Standard T.code standard VL10B only

but as per standard config system has to copy  PO Quantity  to Delivery automatically. which is not copied

Hi Purna,

I request you to create the delivery with T.code-VL04. In the selection screen there is option below select the Purchase order and try create the delivery.

If the item is not copied then system will give you the reason why the item is not copied.

Please check your storage location configuration also once.
