Firefighter Consolidated log Report not working in GRC10.1(SP10)

Dear All,

Please help to provide the solution as we are facing the issue with Fire Fighter consolidated report. The FF workflow is perfectly working and sending the FF log review request to respective User Controller for review, But the Action usage data is not captured in the report.

Also please note that we have been implemented the below notes, but the issue is still persist.

2214058 - AC 10.X EAM: Consolidate log report is not working properly.

2194586 - EAM: 'Update Log report' giving dump due to invalid connectors

and job not running for rest of connectors if it fails for one connector

Hi Bandaru,

First make sure that the min and seconds of the 2 system are synchronized, this is really important to the system match the session time with the time that transactions was executed. If this not solve the issue compare the tables GRACFFLOG and GRACACTUSAGE. The GRACFFLOG have the session logon time and the GRACACTUSAGE have the time that the tcode was executed. Check also the GRACACTUSAGE to see if the user is not coming as "--?--" this is a know issue, if this appear there is a lack of authorization in your RFC user "S_TOOL_EX" is missing.
