Automatic print of an Inspection Instruction

Dear QM Experts,

When using TCODE QA03 I can print the inspection instruction just by pressing of the button:

Is there any possibility to atomatize this process? For example when inspection lot will be created the inspection instruction will be printed automatically?

Hi Denis,

Yes, that should be possible. Please activate the below config node for your inspection type Z01 -

SPRO ---> Quality Management => Quality Inspection => Inspection Lot Creation => Maintain Inspection Types => Z01 => Print Control - Activate checkbox for 'Print Insp Instruction Immediately => Save.

Now create any new inspection lots for type Z01 after GR form PurOrd, and it should automatically print 'Inspection Instruction'.
