GRC 10.1 :Access Request Submitting Error

Hi All,

We are implementing GRC 10.1 HR trigger. I have maintained all spro configurations and BRF Plus application for HR Trigger but getting error while submitting access request for connectors. Please find attached screenshot and any help would be really appreciated.

Hello Shivani,

First error:Request approval failed, error in MSMP approval method

Solution:perform and cross check the post installation step in Task specific customization

SPRO>GRC>General settings>Workflow>Task specific customization

Second error:Error in Inserting records

Solution:

1. Execute Transaction SE75
2. Select Textbox 'Text Objects and IDs.
3. Click on 'Change'.
4. Click on 'Create'.
5. Enter the Values as Shown in the screenshots in the attachment.
6. Click on Newly created GRC Object.
7. Click on 'Create'
8. Enter values as shown in the Screenshot in the attachment.
9. Press Enter.
10. Save
